Arepas

Round dough based on cornmeal stuffed with meats, cheeses and vegetables, as you prefer. The flagship arepa of the food truck is the Arepa La Pelotera that comes stuffed with meat and shredded chicken, potato salad, cheese and shrimp. Available fillings: Chicken and shredded meat, grilled pork, shrimp, ham, egg, cheeses: mozzarella, gouda, hand and guayanes, tomato, lettuce, avocado. The arepa can be roasted or fried.
